青岛中科恒信信息技术有限公司创建于2002年9月，是一家专业的射频自动识别技术（RFID）整体解决方案提供商。主要业务范畴涉及无线射频自动识别系统（RFID）软硬件系统开发、电子标签（Tag）封装生产和数据服务、互联网（Internet）应用技术开发等。中科恒信是国内最早从事RFID应用研究的单位之一。公司致力于RFID应用技术和应用模式的研究，帮助用户实现RFID应用障碍的突破。

中科恒信以中科院和中国海洋大学等为技术依托，建立了强有力的产学研协作体系，业务覆盖全国重点制造领域。公司创立至今与多家国内外知名企业发展了战略合作伙伴关系。作为青岛市RFID技术和产业促进会发起单位，公司以推广RFID应用为己任，开发适合中国国情的RFID应用软件、建立RFID公共数据处理平台、大力开展电子标签应用封装和研发特种应用的RFID读写设备、与国际上多家RFID领先企业建立了战略合作关系，同时承担了一系列在RFID技术应用和企业电子商务应用方面的研究项目。

Qingdao Hifa Information Technology Co.LTD(HIFA) was established in Sep. 2002. As a professional RFID total solution provider, HIFA focus on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) areas including software and hardware development, tag packing production and data service and Internet application development. HIFA was one of pioneer companies in China on RFID application research and now has devoted to RFID technology as well as its applications mode for end users to break through the barriers when they deploy RFID infrastructures.
